  8. Do atleast 3 sets of 10 repetition each.

Reverse Dumbbell Fly



Another exercise for bigger breasts is revers dumbbell fly. It’s similar to dumbbell flys but as the name suggests, it’s only reversed.

  1. Lie on your stomach on a bench or a swiss ball.
  2. Hold the dumbbells firmly (one in each hand)
  3. Swing your arms holding the dumbbells outwards away from the floor.






It’s the most common and traditional way of working out your chest area.

  1. When you are on the ground, set your hands apart at a distance that’s a little bit wider than your shoulder width.
  2. Set your feet in a position that feels right and comfortable. The wider-apart your feet, the more stable you’ll become for your push-ups.
  3. Aim to make a giant straight line with your body. Your butt should not be sticking up.
  4. Lift your body up with your arm while maintaining that straight line with your body. Your arms should be straight at this point and supporting your weight.
  5. If this is too difficult, you can kneel and do a half push up instead of a full body one on your toes.



Wall Push Ups



  1. Keep your legs together and stand away from the wall.
  2. Lay your palms on the wall and bend your arms like you are doing a push-up

  1. You can use a bench or a chair for this exercise for bigger breasts.

  3. Position your arms on the bench for support and slowly dip down on the floor by bending your elbows.
